Former Kentucky coach Billy Gillispie won't return to coach Tarleton State basketball in 2026-27, per multiple reports.

Gillispie has been on medical leave since mid-January.

The team will close out the regular season with Senior Day against Abilene Christian University at 2 p.m. Saturday at College Park Center.
