👀 The new air-conditioned Piccadilly line trains have started testing, with initial runs taking place between Northfields and Hyde Park Corner. A total of 94 trains will replace the current 1970s fleet. They’ll be fully walk-through and equipped with CCTV. Thinking of taking a ride? It won’t be just yet. Originally set to enter service in late 2025, the rollout has now been delayed by up to a year. Transport for London has confirmed they’re now expected to carry passengers from the second half
