This is something that I’ve seen with many of my students when they first start learning pronunciation, they tend to invest ALL the energy into a sound. When you do this, your mouth will hurt - a LOT! 😫 When pronouncing sounds, for example, TH, you don’t need to put all your energy into the sound, like I did here - looks painful, right? 😆 Just relax and let the tongue rest between the teeth.
