A quieter week means more rehab for myself. Having suffered with a disc bulge for the past 9 months I have struggled with the inability to train and exercise in the way I am used to and enjoy. The reformer has been my saviour. Working on gentle flexibility, core strength and stability is key to manage the discomfort and aid healing.
