Cyclone Gulab - Shaheen causing heavy rainfall as it makes a very rare landfall in coastal areas of south Batinah. Suwaiq, Barka, Saham, Rustaq, Nizwa and some parts of Muscat are witnessing strong winds along with heavy rains now . The cyclone has downgraded to a storm and is heading into the western parts of Oman while it takes a unpredicted turn from the UAE's city of Al Ain.
