🟣 The peroneal nerve splits off of the sciatic nerve and travels into the shin area. This movement can be a nice exercise (in general) for the leg as a general addition to any other movements you may do. Since it splits off of the sciatic nerve it may help with any symptoms related to sciatic nerve issues.
