She has a series called “steal my meals” and she takes a lot of the guess work out. I feel like my diet is where I was the “least” strict, because I wanted to set myself up for success long term. I maybe could have lost more weight if I ate boiled chicken and broccoli every day, but I also would have probably failed after 3 days anyway.
