In Paducah, Kentucky, a local business owner and landlord has been arrested on charges of human trafficking, sexual abuse, and theft. Paducah Police say a woman disclosed in December of last year that she previously worked for 42-year-old Vikaskumar Patel at a local business. The woman reported that she agreed to rent an apartment from Patel. The woman alleged that Patel began withholding her wages after she moved in.
